Nvidia GPU Not Detected (Code 43)

Hello kind people of the internet. I have an issue with my laptop. My laptop is an ASUS G751JM specs below. As the title said the GPU is not detected by windows and it displays code 43.

A little backstory. I moved into a new town for college, brought all my electronics etc. It works normally before i moved and now it doesn't and i'm confused why. Maybe it was damaged during transport?
but i'm sure it's not because i brought it in my bag and it didn't receive any damage whatsoever

Laptop Spec:
CPU: Intel Core I7 4710HQ
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 860M latest driver 430.39

RAM: 16GB
SSD: Sandisk Ultra II 500GB
HDD: Built in 1TB
OS: Windows 10 64-bit

Here's what i already tried:
1.Uninstall the drivers with DDU and then reinstall the drivers
2.Uninstall the drivers then let Windows update do the install but it can't

3.Installing an older driver that works before

4.Switch the IDE/ATAPI Controller driver

5.Tried to reset the laptop but can't, it gets stuck on a BSOD loop of DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION

6.Cleaned registry with CCleaner

I'm pretty sure the GPU is not dead because the GPU side of the laptop will go warm when idle. MSI Afterburner also didn't detect the GPU

Odd thing is, i can install the latest driver downloaded from Nvidia's web without any problem whatsoever. But Nvidia Geforce experience didn't detect any drivers at all

And if i try updating the driver from Geforce experience it gets stuck at 0 even though my internet is fine.

I'm already desperate right now because this is my daily driver laptop. For now it's working without the GPU
Anybody might know what is the problem?
Edit: ASUS GPU Tweak also didn't recognize the GPU and somehow displays N15, instead of Geforce GTX 860M if it detected the GPU
