Memory timings

Hi all, I bought this "G.SKILL Aegis 8GB 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3000 (PC4 24000) Memory" and it has the following 

Timing   16-18-18-38
 
how important does the timing have to be for my upgrade, i want to get another 2x8gb.. i can get other gkills at the same clock but specs showed different timing..
 
will it matter do i need know anything else before i go out and spend my money?

EVGA 3080 XC3

it will just run the bigger set of timings from all your sticks. Of course just in case doing that freaks out the stupid bios, better match brand, frequency and timings.

ummm but none of them have even close to timings, from the same brand.. they are all different all the 2x8gb..
