Power limit Throttiling

Im undervolting i5 8250u in my Ideapad 330S 15-IKB and for some reason there is Power limit throttiling and its blinks( turns on and off)...

1.is it good thing/bad thing?

2.how do i stop it?

That depends. If you're trying to push the CPU to its limits, it's a bad thing in the sense that it's keeping the CPU from being pushed harder. Otherwise it doesn't matter.

You have to adjust the power limit. I haven't messed with this tool enough but I'm sure raising the "Turbo Boost Power Max" and "Turbo Boost Short Power Max" values would allow you to push it further.

im just trying to lower the cpu temp.

will its doesn't thermal throttiling... i want better temp.

Every KBL-R / WHL-U laptops will have power throttling under multi core load. This is due to high clock speed and high core count while TDP / PL1 is only 15W which is insufficient. Undervolting will only increase clock speed (not to max potential in most cases) and drop a bit of CPU temp

well it did dropped the temp quite good' the laptop less randomly ramps up the fan ( i also replaced the stock thermal compound with arctic cooling MX 4).Is it  a good thing is undervolting the integraded HD graphics? will i benefit some thing?
