so im going to get a rtx 2060, i also want to stream with a Elgato HD60 Pro, can i have my Display Port running to my Monitor displaying whatever im doing (game being played) and also have another output (hdmi) running to my HD60 Pro the same content that is on my monitor, so i dont have to passthrough hdmi to hd60 to monitor. I could just use the New nvenc but is it really that good if i dont want it to impact ANY performance

In theory yes. If the elgato returns a "proper display signal" your system will "see" two monitors. You set them to clone mode (or whatever it is called in english) and you should see the same content on the elgato and your monitor. Provided your Monitor is a 1080p panel. Otherwise you will get scaling issues.

But why not use the passthrough? It's a passthrough. The additional delay is < 1ms.

The passthrough is maximum 60hz and thanks for the info!
