BUDGET laptop help!!!!!

Temporarily in a different city for a few months.  Now I need a BUDGET laptop that I plan to use for Adobe Photoshop and Adobe illustrator, I also use webflow and photopea online.  My top choices are below (refurbished from Best buy).  I also have a "" that I would like to use via HDMI.  Can some please tell me which of the 3 are a better choice or advise me to a better laptop.

1. Dell - Latitude 14" Refurbished Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 128GB Solid State Drive

2. HP - EliteBook Folio 14" Refurbished Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 128GB Solid State Drive - Black

3. HP - ProBook 14" Refurbished Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 120GB Solid State Drive - Black.

unless they have different generations of i5s they all look the same except the probook having 8gb less storage.. You'll have to get more specific specs otherwise they look the same pick whichever you like the look and feel of the best..
