which display would you pick for a 34 inch ultra wide 

 

1080p 200hz Overclocked  or 1440p 100hz?

Save yourself the future regret and get the 1440p version.

 

I own a 29" 1080p and it's about as large as I would go, as it's not as sharp as I'd like and I can nearly discern pixels. I sit about 1-2ft away from my screen, for context.

1440p 120Hz if I was going to do it now.  They only had 100Hz when I bought mine.

 

@seoz has the opinion I mirror, 1440p at 34/35" is a good pixel size.

Just save up a little more money, and get the 1440p ultrawide 200hz monitor, if you are getting an expensive monitor anyway, might as well get the top one.

There are also the non G-Sync ones too that are cheaper...

Yeah< I meant to post in the other Ultrawide thread, but he wants G-Sync.  So that link is useless and LG is crying

 

But $2000 is a lot when good 120Hz 1440p UW's are going for low $700's.
