SLOW SSD Speeds

What would be the reason of this low speed?

Here are the results.

It almost full .. It doesn't mean you drive will get 6 GB/s you will usually get lower than spec due to many factors.

Bootup is extremly slow.
Can you tell me the possible factor for this issue?

Probably because the drive is full. Also just because it's on 6Gb/s(750MB/s) doesn't mean you will get that number on read and write, that's just the bandwidth of the interface the drive is using.

What is the time taken for bootup roughly? It could be many factors.

so the speed im getting are they good on this SSD? 
PS: Im cleaning up more space and i'll do the test again

i can assure that its slower than  a normal HDD bootup.

Clean up your boots OS. Get a better SSD?

 

What classify as slow? Check your boot up programs?

Looks pretty normal, just slower write. What is your SATA attributes said?

 

Looks like a old used drive that need replacing. 120GB is too small for OS/program these days.

i have seen 120GB ssd getting speeds like 300 / 500. not sure why you said its slow because of its capacity

what mobo is ssd plugged to? does it support sata 6Gb?

cant imagine ssd slower than hard drive to boot, > 3min? or may be some corrupted windows files

Looks like it's a Samsung SSD PM830. I had one on my laptop and it got about 500 read and 350 write

It’s possible your drive is faulty, had 2 friends with the same issue. Both had slow read/write speeds and boot took very long(programs on said ssd took long to start up too, like chrome took 2 mins to load a tab). Replaced both ssds with a samsung 860 evo and everything worked fine from then on. 

 

Note: my friends were using a SanDisk SSD Plus 480GB and Klevv Neo 480GB SSD, so pretty cheap ssds
