CPU score now lower in Passmark

I had a score of 13,500 the other day in Passmark CPU test.

 

I had some power issues today and the now my score is 92% with a score of 12,500@ around 80c which is 7 degrees higher than it was before.

 

What's going on, my OC is 4.5Ghz stable and the clocks down move while monitoring.

Though I mentioned it. 

 

6700k, Artic 34

 

Cooling is more than adequate and hasn't been a problem before the power outage.
