I live in Italy and the budget is 1500 and everything I need is in that list. I would appreciate advice if I chose something wrong. 

The Asus Strix Vega 64 is not great as it runs hot. The Sapphire Nitro Vega 64 is the best version if you can find one at the same/similar price.

 

Also the Corsair RMx 650W would be a better option for the psu.
