sloshing sound? AIO

hey is their supposed to be any air in a Aio? if i shale it it sounds like it has air in the tank. I've never had one before and it came with a used bunch of parts its a corsair h100i from what i can tell online and was thinking about using it on my test bench if its dieing or if its normal im going to sell it with a computer just dont feel right about giving someone that sort of issue its why i don't usually bother with Aio coolers.
