i know, but even if you count half of it (which actually is quite a realistic number) you can still supply 450w through it... 300 is technically enough

 

it's more a nice to have than a necessary thing

Sapphire over Asus any day of the week for Vega. The Strix isn't a good option at all unless you want to fix the thermal issues yourself by modding it with a new thermal pad/paste etc.
