Cant adjust fan speed after nzxt cam install

Drbobby

I cant change any fan settings except for in nzxt cam. I cant change them in bios or in linux (Kali). I have tried removing the program and all it's registry files. Cleared CMOS and restarted a few times. Still cant change any fan settings even in the bios. I have tried programs like speedfan and msi command center and they both wont let me change fan speeds. I can move the sliders and stuff and none will spin the fans. After all I tried I reinstalled cam and it can control them all just fine.

No out of the ordinary programs. I overclock my gpu with evga and my cpu overclock is set in bios.

Any help would be great. I'm pretty comfortable poking around technical stuff but this has me stumped.

Where are fans connected? Are they DC or PWM? CAM can only control fans that are connected to Kraken (or Grid) and using USB. It can't control fans connected directly to mobo. And same other way around. Mobo can't control fans that are connected to Kraken.
