So I can buy ram that is 3200 mhz and I can't overclock it? and if i buy example 2133 mhz and max overclock of ram is 3200 am i right?

You buy RAM that is 3200 (meaning it's been tested to run at that speed stable), then set the BIOS for it.  RAM has to be overclocked to get it to run at that speed, it's not just that fast out of the box due to the way RAM works.

I don't know about grabbing 2133 and trying to overclock it to 3200, if it;'s sold as 2133 then most likely it didn't make the cut for higher speeds and stable.

Hi, so I want to buy tomorrow GIGABYTE B450 AORUS ELITE AM4 and it says on its site: DDR4 3200(O.C.)/2933/2667/2400/2133 MHz so can I buy ram that is 3200 MHz and would it be compatible or I need 2933 or less MHz ram for that mobo?

You can get 3200, it will work with the DCOP/XMP profile, which is an overclock setting hence the O.C. in parenthesis.
