Sudden Shut Down while using desktop.

Motherboard: MSI Gaming M7 AC 7B77v18

CPU: Ryzen 2700x

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 3200Mhz

SSD: Curcial MX500 M.2

GPU: MSI Armor RX580

 

Hi guys, I am encountering a problem where my computer will shut down without warning suddenly while I am using it.

 

The error code I get whenever this happens is 00. The screen will suddenly black out and I am unable to do anything except turn off the main power to shut down the computer completely. This has happened once or twice in the last 2 weeks. If it helps, I have only started encountering this problem after updating my BIOS to 7B77v18, but I do not know if this has anything to do with the error I am getting.

 

However, this time, when I tried to turn on the computer again, it would not POST. The fans will spin really fast with Error code 00 as well and nothing happens. I can only turn off the main power to shut down the computer completely. 

 

I have cleared CMOS to see whether that would help but it hasn't. I have also noticed that the LED indicator for my GPU does not light up sometimes even though it is connected to the motherboard, but trying many times will sometimes allow it to be detected and my system will boot up, which is allowing me to write this right now.

 

What I am concerned about is what the error code 00 would indicate. The motherboard manual does not indicate any errors for the code 00, but I am suspecting that it indicates some sort of hardware failure at this point.

 

Does anybody know the next step to troubleshoot this problem?
