Passive cooling for android box

How effective would be this passive cooling for andorid box (I see that it comes thermal pad)? Or this is the better one? Is there anything special with anodized heatsink I should know?

 

I am planning to put this below box.

The one from ebay is bigger, so it will perform better. Otherwise they are both aluminium heatsinks which means that if they would be the same size they would perform equal.

But if you get the ones from ebay you should defenitely use some kind of thermal interface material (thermal pad, thermal paste, etc.) because otherwise they would have little to no effect.
