Need help overclocking

Hi, I have an AMD A8 7650k. When I bought my PC (it was a prebuilt) it was OCd to 4.2GHz. However, some time ago I had to reset my bios as I messed up something and the CPU was back to 3.3GHz. Could anyone teach me how to overclock it back to it's old glory?

 

Additional info:

 

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-F2A68HM-HD2

Socket: FM2+

PSU: 500W (don't know the exact model or even brand)
