So just got my brand New Intel 660p 1tb and i removed all my sata cables from the motherboard, then i installed w10 from usb stick To the drive everything went Well then i startted installing drivers steam etc and steam games and then i was watching Netflix when my pc just went Black screen and then i turned it Off and re startted the pc, then it startted rebooting over and over again and blinking the power Light, and i got To the bios it detected the drive normally but would not boot from it

Can you give us your specs or fill in signature so we can help you better.  I don't think its your m.2 as a black screen and reboot has nothing to do with m.2 nor SSD for that matter.  Your motherboard must be going south.  Or possibly the PSU is going south.
