I recently broke the screen on my slightly old Laptop and was looking at the options for a replacement.

I mostly use my Laptop for things like Netflix, Typing up reports, Email, and a little bit of Classwork. Nothing super intensive. I play a few games on it, but mostly just easy to run only games when I am stuck somewhere and cant set up the desktop.

So essentially I am looking for an about 15" laptop

1080p screen (I'd take 4k but all the laptops I saw witht hat were $1600+)

Touchscreen

At least 250GB SSD

Good Keyboard

Not a garbage CPU but not overkill, i5 of some kind or AMD equivalent

Dedicated GPU not necessary, Mostly a streaming machine

Good speakers, Old laptop had terrible ones and its the one thing I hate about it

HDMI out

2 in 1 would be nice but not needed

I can spend upwards of $1200 but would prefer to be a lot less than that like 600-800.

Old Laptop was a Acer Aspire R5 471T, Not exactly amazing but it did its job

Where are you from? Any preference on weight and battery life? Need good sRGB display? Need stylus support for touchscreen?

FYI audio quality in most regular laptops is nothing special

From USA. Old laptop had about 5 hours of Battery life with normal tasks, So that or better would be nice. Not sure what you mean by sRGB so I am gonna say I don't need it. Also don't need stylus support but I am not against it.
