Hi Guys! I am wondering is a budget 550$ can it buy a decent laptop for photoedting and another pc for gaming?

Maybe if you buy used.  What country are you in, how's your used market?

 

Do you NEED a laptop or just want one?  $550 would get a decent desktop system to do photoediting and gaming.

a Laptop and a PC for 550$? kinda impossible if you want both of them to be decent at what you're expecting them to do

I am in Hong Kong,the used market is kinda crazy!an i5 4460 cost 1000hkd convert to usd is 127$..

btw my pc spec now is i3 4150,16gb ram,gtx1050,samsung 860evo 250gb,and an 500gb 7.2krpm hdd should i just upgrade some parts?then other money use to buy a laptop?

but i am still not sure am i really need a laptop,cause when i use pc i mostly play csgo XD but i will start photoediting soon and sometimes i might be traveling,so...i am so confused

Photo editing = good sRGB display

 

Even the laptop alone will cost at least $700-800

Right, that;s why I suggest you get a decent budget desktop and ignore that laptop aspect.  The desktop will be cheaper for the same performance.
