guys I am looking for some feedback on my 1 HOME SERVER PC configurations, I am assembling the components to build a pc, budget is 2000$ CAD, 

I am beginner in this field, can I get your feedback on how I did?, what problem or issues i can face,? components are compatible or not.

I'd go with the 2700(non-x)

and the gtx 1660 ti is basically a better 1060 at the same price so there's no reason to not go for it

laptop: Dell xps 9510, 3.5k OLED, i7 11800h, rtx 3050 ti, 2x16gb DDR4 @ 3200Mhz, 1TB main drive, 2TB add in ssd
