Low profile cooler for rvz03 build.

I'm picking out parts for my rvz03 itx build with a ryzen r5 2600, I'm looking at 3 low profile coolers for the build.

Im ordering them by newegg international 

Cryorig C1 sgd$69.90 (140mm slim fan) 

BeQuiet shadow rock lp sgd$49.90 (120mm fan) 

Noctua nh-L9a (sgd$79.90) (90mm fan) 

I know the noctua is the quietest among all the three but wilp the C1 or the shadow rock do a worse job cooling the cpu they have bigger fans and is cheaper.

the C1 i know will be cooler, even the C7 is. My C7 is also really quiet, cant speak for the C1 but it should be nice too

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

C1's the best, but can't the case hold bigger stuff like the L12S?

RVZ03 is 83mm cooler + fan on the side panel, so indeed if you want the side intake fan you can't use anything more than 68mm (120mm slim fans are 15mm thick). However the C1 is 74mm tall, 4mm more than the L12S so I'm not understanding this difference in standards...
