Build upgrade

Hey Ive been looking to upgrade my pc for a bit and i have a budget of around 350-400$ and i have a fx 8350 and r9 390. My biggest problem is just trying to stay in budget while having to upgrade my CPU motherboard and ram does anyone have any suggestions. Thank you in advanced for any help.

which country are you in? what's your other current specs?
