weird stutters

i have a problem. every so often i get those 2-3 sec stuters where my game freezes and i cant do anything. its a fresh build with all new components. i have oc'd ram to 2666 instead of 2400mhz without changing any voltage, otherwise everything is stock speeds/voltage. This happends especially when i start playing game, later during the game, it doesnt happen that often. Here is my build:

I am not sure then.Do u have another gpu to try if the gpu is faulty.Also the hdmi cable could be faulty too.

it is the only gpu i have. Also i do get audio when those stutters happen, so its not a cable
