GPU Temperatures

Is it fine if my GPU is between 80 and 87 degrees Celsius when playing heavy games?

I have a RX 580 4GB GPU

It’s an MSI RX 580

Is it overclocked or something? And do you have proper ventilation in your case? I would assume an RX 580 Armor would keep the GPU below 80, and it's possible that your GPU is thermal throttling hard and it's reducing its performance

It’s not overclocked or anything and my case does have proper ventilation I even have 3 fans 2 on top and one in the back of the case and I’ve been messing around with MSI afterburner to change the fan speed and I’ve brought the temperature down to 83 right now

Is the card sagging too much? If its sagging try lifting it up slightly from the corner to straighten it and check if that helps with temps

Try lifting it up either way but anyway maybe thats the performance of the cooler I guess.. kinda weird that at full fan speed its at 83C, that's not gonna hurt anything though but you still might get slightly lower performance depending on the temp.

Yes front fans would help slightly or heavily, it depends
