I have an h310m motherboard will this cpu header support the rgb customization via software?

you need an RGB header

SuperPi (v1.5 from Techpowerup, PI value output) 16K: 0.100s 1M: 8.255s 32M: 7m 45.93s

is there another way to use the nzxt m22 cooler with my motherboard without an rgb header or is it time for me to say good bye to my old motherboard.

no more RGB effect if you dont get an RGB header somehow. the cooler itself only needs two fan headers to work
