Laptop Hinge Squeaking

Hi all,

 

A couple months ago, I was dumb and spilled some alcohol on my new laptop. Functionally, everything ended up being fine, but my hinge has made this extremely annoying squeaking sound ever since. I tried wiping between with some rubbing alcohol, but that didn't really fix it. So apart from disassembling the whole thing to do a thorough cleaning, are there any other steps I could take to address this?

 

It's worth noting that the hinge on the laptop is pretty unique. It's a Lenovo C930 which has a soundbar built in (excellent laptop btw). I'm posting a picture and I'll try to see if I can get a video on here as well.
