if i uninstall teamviewer, am i safe then?

i have installed teamviewer, and use it. but now i feel unsafe having it, if i uninstalled it, then am i safe from the threat that may be coming from teamviewer?

this may sound dumb or weird, but please give me something informative. thank you :D

Yes you should be fine..teamviewer isnt a creepy software.
