Can I get a good bang for the buck pc for heavy use on Autocad, ms project, sketchup... 
A parts list would be aprreciated!

For now i came up with this parts:
Processor: Ryzen 5 2600
MotherBoard: MSI - 350M

RAM: HYPERX 16gb DDR4
SSD: SanDisk SS PLUS 240gb
POWERSUPPLY: Corsair - VS450 W 80+

but i'm looking to cheap out this config by not buying "gamer gear"

Buying a used GPU doesn't mean it won't outlive the useful lifespan of the rest of the computer.  Same goes for the CPU and RAM.  I don't buy PSUs used but I happily save money on CPUs, GPUs, RAM, or deals on other stuff because they really don't "wear" out as fast as you'd think when running under normal conditions.

i'll be looking for things in this range. do you know how much of a bottle neck the graphics card is, and should i go for a quadro, vega, rx or ge force?

Any of them will be fine, I would probably get a RX 570 or a cheap quadro

Cheap Quadro? Doesn't exist. It's not worth the extra money - consumer-grade cards will be fine. 

 

A 4790K would do pretty well for basic CAD, and using DDR3 would save you some $$. Loading times would be a bit more, but nothing earth-shattering. In my opinion, getting a good SSD would be more important.

Screwdriver specs: Long, pointy. Turns things. Some kind of metal.

should i go then for just the integrated gpu?

Absolutely not - an iGPU for CAD will be a nightmare. somewhere around the performance of a 1050ti should be the starting point. Anything above that will be a bonus.

ok, for the processor do you think it would make a big difference in performance from a ryzen 5 2400 to a ryzen 5 2600? (i edited the post with the parts that I considering)

Be prepared to update that bios with a 1st Gen Ryzen CPU unless MSI offers some guarantee you can actually use the Ryzen 5 2600 part with the stock bios (typically need to update the BIOS unless you buy a B450 chipset).

that would be a problem... i have a pc with a ryzen5 1600 and that same mb, thought it could work with this one too
(in the description of the says it supports 2nd gen ryzen)
