Kingpin is really overbuilt and is meant more for extremem overclockers whereas ROG stuff is for normal consumers. If you really want a great card, you can't go wrong with either (except for that I've heard their RMA process takes a crazy long time in some cases)

leagues better, it's special binned, hybrid cooled and designed by two master overclockers

 

HOF (hall of fame) from galax/kfa2 is also better

 

but again, those aren't cheap...
