Someone please help I restarted my computer when there was an update or something like that and now it is in an endless loop I’ve tried everything like going  into safe mode and doing stuff on a command prompt but nothing works please help

Must be some windows bug.

I guess it deleted something important. Try reinstalling windows.

Well sometimes theres a button on your board if theres not you can remove the CMOS battery for a 30 sec and reinstall it but if you have to do it theis way be very careful the housings around the battery are poorly made and can break so be gentle.  the CMOS battery is the Shiny silver battery on your board. If you are unsure google it.

I think I might just be safe and just reset my computer because my board is very cheap and I don’t really want to risk breaking anything especially since it would be a hassle to replace it

When you see spinning dots - press reset. And again when they start spinning at next boot. And after 2 or 3 resets, you'll see spinnings dots with additional info. Then wait.
