Did you connect it properly? Do you have post codes/lights? Can you hear windows load up? Any details what so ever? Does the system have igpu?

So... did you run it on integrated? Still haven’t given any detail on the parts. Does it not have post leds?

So keep the igpu as primary and install the card and keep the monitor connected to the igpu and see if it posts like that. Should be able to see it in the bios or device manager.

nope nothing same result when you connect monitor to to the motherboard it has a red light as if it is in sleep mode but when you connect it to the graphics card it says no signal

also i am using a converter dvi-d 24+1pin to vga 12pin. my monitor has vga input but my graphics card only has display port, hdmi and dvi-d so i got a converter. i was going to go with hdmi to vga but dvi to vga was cheaper and seemed to do the same thing

Again, did you switch the settings on the bios or not? Are you hearing windows load? Are you cycling through the inputs on the display?

i turned of the integrated graphics using device manager also i have tried turning of fastboot bu nothing happen its still the same

I’m saying to make the igpu the primary in the bios. Then put the card in. And ensure  igpu is still primary and plugging the monitor in to the mobo.  Shouldn’t be turning anything off in device manager. Will it post that way is what I’m asking.
