I have a Ryzen 2600, and a b450 Auros pro wifi mother board. I already have a Intel 660p Series M.2 2280 512GB PCI-Express 3.0 x4 3D installed, and I am wanting to add a second one. I have read the manual and checked the website, but I am not clear if this will cause problems with the pci express lanes.

According to the motherboard's owners manual you have two PCIe M.2 connectors.  You should be fine. I highly recommend spending some time reading through it if you haven't already.

At least in the specifications, it does not say it and this is something that is always highlighted by the manufacturer. If it does not say that the PCI slot shares the bandwidth when an M.2 is connected, it is because it does not do it:

*It says that only one M.2 slot supports PCIe and SATA, thou. The other one is fully PCIe only.
