So I've been having an issue here. I used to have an AMD FX-8370 Eight-Core @4.30Ghz and DDR3 Ram that was at 800Mhz for some reason and I would get ~80-90 fps on Apex Legends for example. This was paired with a GTX 1050Ti

Now I have an AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Overclocked @3.70Ghz and DDR4 @3000Mhz and only get like a steady 50-60 fps in anything I play

Idle temps now are around 36 C and under load not more than like 48 C unless rendering in premiere, then it has gotten to about 50-55C.

On my old FX-8370 Idle was 45 C and load was 60 C and up.

Any suggestions on what is happening? The only changes have been my motherboard, cpu, and ram.

it's possible there are some driver issues, are you on a fresh windows install?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Did you preform a fresh install of windows?
Aslto that 1050Ti is very overclassed in 2019, i would get a RX 580 or 570 if you need a good upgrade on the cheap.

I did not do a fresh install, would that really matter that much?

I don't really have the money for an upgrade atm either
