Screen sometimes flickering

In the past couple of days I have noticed my screen occasionally flickering, not often just every now and then. I have updated my GPU drivers and it's all up to date.

I'm wondering if it could be anything else other than a physical problem with the screen.

Any ideas much appreciated.
