G-Homa Problem

Hello there,

i have a question my mom bought me an Smart Plug for my Aquarium ( The G-Homa) and i wanted to install it with the app but it says without ap that the password is wrong and with ap (Connect via Wifi with it)  it says my G-Homa is offline

can someone help?
