I would suggest trying to connect the keyboard to a different working computer and checking if it works, if the lights won't come on when trying to turn on caps-lock or num-lock then most likely the keyboard is damaged and will need to be replaced as repair is usually not worth the hassle and is usually not cost effective. Try another spare keyboard with the system and checking if that one works, it could likely be the drivers not running properly or damage to the motherboard of the computer. Let me know what happens when connecting the keyboard to another computer or when trying a different keyboard with the system and I will likely be able to assist your further in trouble shooting -@Boomwebsearch

Hope this information post was helpful  ?,
