4k editing with huge portion of After Effects work

 

You can suggest your build. My budget is around ₹120000 Indian Rupees excluding Monitor and case

9900k build is probably better for most uses. Adobe doesn't care that much about gpu past a certain point, and the 9900k is good for abobe stuff, esp after effects.
