Currently looking at 2 laptop's around £1500. Won't be playing any super demanding games but want a little headway incase of future releases and also want something that isn't going to overheat on me constantly

Scan 3XS Vengeance Pro II

And

Asus ROG GL703GS

2 different prices and 2 different specs but have no clue with laptop's as I was always a pc guy but due to circumstances i need a laptop to move around.

Any advice is great appreciated

Have you looked into the razor blade series because they are light and thin

Not really what OP is asking for though, is it? Plus I think you'd be really hard pressed finding a razer blade for <1.500$...

I'd recommend the Asus ROG, simply because I've never heard of Scan 3XS (take that with a considerable grain of salt though). Maybe check out Dave2D/Dave Lee on YT, he does a lot of laptop reviews

75% of what I say is sarcastic

So is the rest probably

Weight and thiness isn't really an issue but I'd only be able to get the base model of razer which is 1060 with 60hz screen, seems more value out of the ones I linked

I'll have a look at his channel and I'm also iffy with scan due to there being hardly any solid reviews on them
