Fan Controller Question

OK so i have this 3in1 RGB fan kit and there's this connection on it that says IBM its like a 5 pin header small. but i have no idea what it does and there's nothing on the box that explains what it is or what its for. its ICETEK never heard of them but they were cheap. but still look great i just like to know what this connection does.

It usually helps if you post at least store page. The main issue with cheap RGB is that they usually only work with included controller remote. So you connect in fans, this one support LED strips, so those too and power it. Nothing more. The extra thing might be for expanding kit or something like that.
