Just 3 questions before i can give my opinion

What will the headset be used for, what device will it be used on and what is the ammount of time you will use it?

I live in the Au (why i referenced the AUD rather than another currency) and have been using the Logitech G231 that i got a couple of months ago and it was probably one of the better headsets i have used for gaming (but i use Pc xbox and ps4 so i needed something universal), the headset has a single aux connector, if you were looking for a USB based interface, the G430 looks quite simular but comes with a USB rather than AUX.I think that it may come in above the budget but shouldnt be much more

I only recently upgraded (ordered 2 days ago), was going to buy a void pro to use with my computer and the G231 with the consoles but changed my mind to get the G933, in all honesty the only budjet headsets that i have liked are the G231 and the Rig 500

This one is quite good for its price. It has good sound quality comparing its price. Very comfortable. The paint coating quality is not that good, my HS50 paint is peeled off on the edge of the metal frame which hold the ear cups after only 6 months since I bought it and exposing the bare metal out. I never dropped it as the cause of that paint damaged, it's just peeled off just by rubbing it. Also some rust build up on the metal mesh of one of the ear cup.

Sound quality is nice for $50 headphone, but build quality is not that good, not about the overall structure, the structure is great, flexible and strong. It's the coating on the metal frames which is dissapointing.

Those look like they have seen some use.  Not sure what might be causing the paint to chip like that, but it shouldn't.  We can actually have the unit replaced for you through warranty.  Go ahead and submit a ticket through our support site, and one of our technical support staff can help you out with a replacement.
