PH2 isn't very common in computer cases, but I have seen a few. In most cases, PH1 / PH0 would work anyways.

You need PH0 and PH1. PH00 is a nice-to-have - I'd call it necessary if you're doing component disassembly (like GPU).

I use PF2 and PH1 the most frequently with computers.  6-32 PH screws are best installed or removed with a PH2 screw driver. You can remove a 6-32 srew with a PH1 screwdriver but it will be prone to slipping. M3 screws are best installed or removed with a PH1 screwdriver.

Most people tend to use too small of a phillips head screwdriver.

What about PH0?

I almost never use PH0 screw driver (and I have a few); I can't even remember the last time I used one. Again, most people use too small a Philips screwdriver much of the time. I use a #1 Phillips on even on the teeny tiny screws holding on the back covers on my little Lenovo notebooks.

If a #2 Phillips scewdriver is all you have, you can remove and install M3 Phillips head screws but it's easier to use a #1. M3 Phillips screw heads are right on the border line between #2 and #1 Phillips. I have plenty of both so I just use the one that's easiest for me.

Keep in mind cheap screwdrivers will not work as well as good ones and be more prone to slipping. It pays to pay for quality.

So just get a PH1?

For computer construction, you need both a PH2 and a PH1. Don't cheap out; good screwdrivers are not very expensive. If you get just a PH1, you will have trouble with slippage, which damages screw heads and can damage screwdrivers, whenever you try to install and remove 6-32 screws, which are used for mounting 3.5" HDDs and most MOBO standoff screws. ODDs, 2.5" drives, and the MOBO standoffs of a few case brands (such as Lian LI) use M3 screws, which works best with PH1.

It doesn't hurt to have various lengths of screwdrivers, either. I have PH1 and PH2 screwdrivers in lengths from stubbies (around 3" long) to 24" but the ones that are around 7" long are the ones I use the most. Those are not the only screwdrivers I have (I have a large variety of Phillips, flat blade, Robertson, hex, and Torx screwdrivers and 1/4" hex shank screwdriver bits) but the 7" long #2 and #1 Phillips (in that order) are the ones that get used the most.

Thank you for answering my questions and shedding some light on this subject for me

Agreed, but I'd say just buy a set of screwdrivers you can use around the house as well. There's no need to buy the fancy iFixIt kits, as most things in PC's can be done with 2 screwdrivers most of the time. I just have some Husky brand ones from home depot (store brand) that I use around the house, they're nice because they have the magnetic head which can help hold the screws. If the head on the screwdriver starts to get all boogered up I wouldn't use it and get a new one instead. I also agree that most people use the wrong size screwdriver for most jobs, this is why many people strip screws, all because they used the wrong size screwdriver.

As a side note, you can never go wrong with craftsman...

I think this is the set someone got me for christmas a few years back... again no need to get anything specialized

https://www.homedepot.com/p/Husky-Screwdriver-Set-10-Piece-246340100/204364644

You can buy the one or two you need, but most of the time it's cheaper if you buy the set... especially if you ever have a need for any of the other included screwdrivers.

Thank you, i was able to find a 10 set of screwdrivers and a magnetizer in a store that we have here in Sweden for like 12$
