I have two choices for a 2060

MSI Ventus 6GB

or

Gigabyte gaming Oc 6gb (2fan version)

which would perform better overall for I have only seen review for the ventus and the 3 fan version of the gigabyte card

Also would the Zotac card be a good choice?

theres no difference between the two 2060 as they have the same clock speed and same v-ram, so go with the msi ventus oc cuz its cheaper than the msi ventus
