So I got rid of a handful of steam trading cards and I have exactly 1.37 USD. What is the best game that I can get on Steam right now for $1.37 or less?

Just wait for the steam summer sale, or any other possible big steam sales that might be coming.

It's wierd, I sold all my trading cards and got $1.36. You think there's a cap on it? because I haven't gotten any new cards since then.
