Corsair H100i v2 pump failure?

Hello,

My CPU is currently being cooled by a Corsair H100i v2 AiO pump, and this pump is about 15 months old. Today, I started up my computer, went away to make coffee, and came back to find that my system had crashed. Upon rebooting, my system posted to tell me my CPU was overheating. After about 3 restarts in which I switched fan and pump connectors on my mobo and jostled the tubes a bit, nothing seemed to be working. Suddenly, the pump seemed to have fixed itself, and am now idling at safe temps. I assume the pump itself was failing. Is this a freak occurrence or should I attempt a warranty claim, and if the latter, should I send it back right away or can I safely use it for a little while longer?

Thank you for any help!

I'd wait till it dies completely, so when they get it, they can't say, it works fine.
