Recommend a wysiwyg editor

I'm creating a Web application for marketing sms's and email newsletters from customer's sites. Im on a Linux server and want this wysiwyg editor to be able to be embedded on a Web page. I want my users to be able to edit and create newsletters emails.

 

I want file upload and for it to be open source and free for commercial license. If it was mobile compatible and came with templates that'd be great. It has to show html/css as a newsletter webpage email. Thanks

Cough up the necessary money and invest into CleverReach. Your mail server admin isn't going to let you send newsletter emails off your normal mailserver anyways.
