Changing motherboard and cpu

Hello guys what do I need to do if i am gonna change my mtherboard and cpu 

 

current cpu amd ryzen 7 1800x

current motherboard asus b350 f

 

I'm planning to upgrade to Z390 and I9

the motherboard and the cpu. Maybe a new windows key and install USB.
