Cable Modding

Hi all, 

 

So I'm soon to be updating my case to the Phanteks Evolv X and figured as it's going to be on display in my room rather than under my desk I'd treat it to some cable mods to make it look more visually appealing. My current motherboard is Gigabyte Aorus Gaming 7 which is at default set to red LED's. 

 

I'm wondering if you guys have any recommendations what colours would really pop in terms of getting my cables braided a particular colour. Ideally I'm looking for people who have owned the motherboard and can speak from their own experience but any advice is welcome.

Check out cablemod. Their cables are fantastic, though a little pricey, but quality and looks are just stunning. You should take a look at their red/black combination, might look good with the red LEDs.
