1080p game recording

So, i need to record games at 1080p. But how many MB/s do i use? Usually i record at 60 MB/s for both 60 and 30fps, but it isn't too much or is it okay? Space and power to record isn't a problem i just don't want to record at an unnecessary configuration. I use Nvidia shadowplay to record

Also i want full resolution in the recording so you can tell if 60 MB/s is too low
