Cuda/NVENC/QuickSync video compression?

Go to solution Solved by faziten,

The god allmigty FFmpeg can do it all and it's free.

(but it required a few braincells to tune up the command).

Does anyone know of any good video compression programs that can compress and transcode a 70GB, 4 hour, .flv video, preferably using hardware acceleration (nvenc, cuda, quicksync) and get similar results to x265 .mp4?
