Choosing a GPU

What GPU should I get. I am planning on building a pc, but I can't choose a GPU. 

I am mostly going to play games like Csgo, Fortnite and pubg on 1080p, 144hz. I am also going to do some photo/video editing. 

I have some options to choose from:

GTX 1660 ti, 350$

RTX 2060, 450$

RTX 2070, 550$

And I am getting Ryzen 5 2600X CPU.

i mean if you can afford a 2070 go for it but otherwise i would say 2060, the 1660ti is not really worth it

[Laptop] Dell G3, i7-8750H (Turbo 4.2 Ghz), Gtx 1050 ti , 8gb 2669 mhz, 128gb nvme ssd, 1tb HDD

 

[Server]

 

[Consoles] Pretty much almost every popular one you can think of besides for like Xbox and some Sega Stuff( Playstation especially)

 

[Mobile Devices] iPhone XR 64gb (Red) gb, iPad Air 2 128gb, Space Grey,  Ipod Shuffle Space Grey
